Karl began country swing dancing in 2021. After going through some life changes, he used dance as his outlet. He not only fell in love with the dance itself, but the amazing community of people that it brought into his life (which is how he and Ashley actually met!). After being approached to teach by the local bar owner where he regularly danced, he too wanted to help the dance community grow and that was the beginning of his teaching career.
